INTRODUCTION

This document (GENERAL CONDITIONS) contains the conditions applicable to the acquisition of products offered on the website www.perodri.es, owned by PERODRI JOYEROS SL, with NIF B480704306 and address at Calle Bidebarrieta 7 48005 in Bilbao. Please read these GENERAL CONDITIONS, the LEGAL NOTICE, and the PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY carefully before using this website or placing any order. It is understood that you (THE CLIENT) accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS when browsing this website and when placing any order, accepting that: i) you will not use this website or place any order contrary to current legislation; ii) you will provide PERODRI with correct information about yourself, email address, postal address, and other data that may be required; iii) you may only place an order if you are of legal age and have sufficient capacity to contract. In the event that PERODRI suspects that any of the established conditions are being breached, it will not process the requested order.

These GENERAL CONDITIONS comply with the legal obligations established in Spanish legislation, specifically, in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as well as the rest of the applicable current regulations.

PERODRI reserves the right to modify these GENERAL CONDITIONS or the characteristics of the commercial offers at any time. Therefore, it is necessary that you read carefully and accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS before placing any order.

PURCHASE METHODS

If you are interested in any of the products that appear on this website, in order to acquire them, you must follow the purchase process established on the website. For this, it will be necessary for you to register and accept both the privacy policy and these general conditions.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

In the event that there are not enough units to provide you with the products you requested, it is possible that we will contact you within 48 hours of confirming the order to offer you products of similar qualities that may be of interest to you, returning the money in case of not accepting these changes within 24 hours by the same means that you made the payment.

CONTRACT FORMALIZATION

The sales contract will not be formalized until PERODRI has fully received the payment made. Until that moment, PERODRI reserves the right not to process said order or cancel it, returning the amounts already paid.

Once the order is received and the payment is verified, you will be sent a confirmation email of the purchase made.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This Returns and Exchanges Policy details your options on how you can cancel a contract with us, how you can return your online purchase, and the rights reserved in relation to obtaining a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATION RIGHT
To return a product from our online store, you must follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Contact Customer Service at ventas@perodri.es within a maximum period of 14 business days from receipt of the order. In this phase, you may be asked for information about the product in order to allow us to carry out an initial assessment of the condition in which it is found.
2. Complete and sign the Return Form model, which will be provided by the Customer Service team.
3. Prepare the package, in which you must include the completed return form together with the invoice, the product, all its accessories, the Warranty Card, and all other documents, in its original box. All of this must be sent to C/ BIDEBARRIETA 7 48005 BILBAO
4. Once the correct receipt of the products has been verified, Perodri will proceed to return the amount paid, always before 30 days after the correct receipt of the material and the attached documentation.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT
We will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the Returns Policy and, if so, we will make the refund or product exchange that corresponds.

Our products must be returned in a new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the relevant labels and stickers attached (if applicable), as well as with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.

PERODRI JOYEROS reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or if it has been used or altered in any way from its original condition.

All returns will be subject to strict quality control by us in order to guarantee that the returned products comply with these requirements

DELIVERY TIME

PERODRI, except in exceptional circumstances, undertakes to deliver the order within 5 business days following the formalization of the contract.

In the event of any problem arising to comply with said term, PERODRI will contact you confirming the extension of the term. In this case, you will have the possibility of communicating, in the following 24 hours, the non-acceptance of said extension, and the order will therefore be canceled with the consequent return of the payment made.

PERODRI will not be liable for possible delays not attributable to PERODRI in the delivery of the requested product.

Delivery will be made by courier to the address established in the order. The cost of said shipment will be shown at the time of purchase and prior to payment thereof.

The client will be responsible for possible increases in the shipping cost, in case of error in the address provided by the client or in the case of non-receipt of the order for any reason not attributable to PERODRI. In such cases, upon request by the client, we will provide you with all the shipping information that may be of interest to you.

PRICE

The price of the articles are those that appear on this website. These prices include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

However, and despite the fact that we try to keep the website continuously updated, in case of error in any of the prices that appear there, we will notify you as soon as possible giving you the possibility of confirming the order with the corrected price. In case of not confirming the order, it will be canceled, returning the amounts previously paid. PERODRI is not obliged, therefore, to accept the lower erroneous price.

FORMALIZATION OF THE SALE

Browsing through the products included on the website, you can load them into your “shopping cart”. Once all the products have been selected, you must verify them by pressing the “buy” button. You will be asked to fill in your personal data, and you must obligatorily complete those marked with an asterisk “*”. Once said data has been confirmed, and having read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the General Conditions, you must fill in the payment confirmation data. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will not be able to go back to correct the data and products requested.

Once the purchase request made by you has been analyzed, we will send you the purchase confirmation by email, at which time the sale will be confirmed.

Payments will be made through the payment gateway included on the website

PERODRI is not responsible for any delay or lack of delivery due to the non-acceptance of the payment made not attributable to PERODRI.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Without prejudice to any other jurisdiction that may be competent in accordance with current legislation in the event of being before a consumer, the interpretation, validity, and controversies that may arise between both parties will be resolved in accordance with current Spanish legislation, both parties expressly submitting and waiving their own jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All the contents included on the website, including texts, drawings, photographs, logos, icons, software, brands, trade names, or other signs susceptible to protection, are subject to the intellectual property rights of PERODRI and those who granted us a license for their use.

Any use of said content that has not been expressly authorized by PERODRI is prohibited.
